Togolese international footballer Samuel Asamoah has suffered a serious neck injury after a violent on-field collision during a Chinese League One match on Sunday.
The 31-year-old midfielder, who plays for Guangxi Pingguo, was involved in a shocking incident when he was pushed by an opponent and crashed headfirst into a pitch-side LED advertising board.
